Sandra Soares- Aponte began her career in the recruiting and staffing industry over 20 years ago. She has been with Secured Staffing since 2019, specializing in business development, contract negotiation, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

Sandra has an impressive track record of solidifying clients, generating revenue, and retaining superior manufacturing and professional talent in the local industry. Along with her dedication and commitment to excellence, she quickly understands the needs of her clients and candidates. She prides herself on her interview process which enables her to specialize in the manufacturing / production fields for all specialties which in turn provides the appropriate candidate to fill the clients’ requirements.

Israel Aponte had an intricate part since the inception of Secured Staffing in 2015, bringing with him a strong background in Sales and Distribution, presenting Israel with opportunities to successfully bring growth and strength to Secured Staffing.

Israel continuously guides the company’s growth by exploring new client opportunities, and expanding the company’s brand to include skilled labor. Israel has over 15 years of management experience in a variety of industries such as Distribution, Production and Logistics that we are proud to benefit from and experience expansional growth.

His ability to develop extensive training and involvement in sales and operations management, risk, safety training and development, purchasing, budgeting/forecasting in combination with his hands on approach to success as well as strong work ethics creates profitable and strong client and employee relationships.  Israel has great love for his family and anything related to being on the water.

George was an intricate part since the inception with Secured staffing in 2015 with over 25 years in real estate sales bring with him an explosive ability in building strong client and team relationships creating the “win- win” that is rarely achieve.

George’s leadership and proven sales abilities quickly benefited the company and Secured Staffing has seen impressive growth with sales figures consistently increasing under his leadership. Because of his passion and history of success, George recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives every day to exceed their expectations.
